3. Eligibility Criteria: UPSC 2026 Ke Liye Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai?

Form bharne se pehle yeh check karna sabse zyada zaroori hai ki aap eligibility criteria ko meet karte hain ya nahi.

A. Educational Qualification (Padhai)

  • Candidate ke paas kisi bhi recognized university se Graduation ki degree honi chahiye.
  • Final Year Students: Jo candidates abhi apne graduation ke aakhri saal (final year) mein hain aur jinka result abhi nahi aaya hai, wo bhi UPSC Prelims 2026 ke liye apply kar sakte hain. Lekin Mains exam ke form (DAF-1) bharne tak unhe apna final passing proof dena hoga.

B. Age Limit (Umar Seema)

UPSC ne age calculate karne ke liye cut-off date 1st August 2026 rakhi hai.

  • Minimum Age: 21 saal (Candidate ka janam 2nd August 1994 se pehle nahi hona chahiye).
  • Maximum Age: 32 saal (Candidate ka janam 1st August 2005 ke baad ka nahi hona chahiye).

C. Age Relaxation (Umar Mein Chhoot)

Sarkari niyamon ke anusar reserved categories ko age limit mein chhoot milti hai:

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 saal ki chhoot (Upto 35 years)
  • SC/ST Category: 5 saal ki chhoot (Upto 37 years)
  • PwBD (General): 10 saal ki chhoot (Upto 42 years)
  • Defense Personnel / Ex-Servicemen: 5 saal ki chhoot

D. Number of Attempts (Kitni Baar Exam De Sakte Hain?)

  • General / EWS Category: 6 attempts
  • OBC Category: 9 attempts
  • SC / ST Category: Unlimited attempts (Umar seema tak)
  • PwBD (General/EWS/OBC): 9 attempts

4. UPSC 2026 Form Me Hue Naye Aur Bade Badlaav (Must Read)

Sal 2026 ka form pichle saalo se bilkul alag hai. UPSC ne exam process ko secure aur transparent banane ke liye kaafi strict rules lagaye hain. Inhe dhyan se samajhiye warna aapka form pakka reject ho jayega:

  • AI Face Authentication (Sabse Bada Badlaav): Exam centre par farzi candidates (impersonation) ko rokne ke liye, is baar exam centre par aapke chehre ko AI (Artificial Intelligence) ke zariye match kiya jayega. Ye system aapki us photo ko match karega jo aapne online form mein upload ki hai.
  • Live Photo Capture: Ab aap pehle ki tarah sirf scan ki hui photo upload nahi kar sakte. Common Application Form (CAF) bharte waqt aapko apne laptop/computer ke webcam se Live Photo click karni hogi. Isliye form aisi jagah bharein jahan background plain (white) ho aur light achi ho.
  • Triple Signature Module: Is saal candidates ko apna signature naye format mein upload karna hoga jise Triple Signature verify kiya jayega.
  • One-Time Registration (OTR) Mandatory: OTR profile ke bina aap form nahi bhar sakte. Ek baar OTR banne ke baad, aap zindagi mein sirf ek hi baar apne OTR profile mein changes (modify) kar sakte hain, isliye naam aur date of birth bilkul 10th ki marksheet ke hisaab se bharein.
  • Pratibha Setu Portal: UPSC ne public disclosure scheme ka naam badalkar Pratibha Setu Portal kar diya hai. Form ke end mein aapse pucha jayega ki kya aap apne scores public portal par dikhana chahte hain (taki private companies aapko job offer kar sakein). Ise "Yes" karna hamesha faydemand rehta hai.

2.    Apne application form ka printout aur PDF save karke Google Drive par zarur rakh lein.

6. Documents Required: Size Aur Format (A To Z Jankari)

Form reject hone ka sabse bada kaaran galat size ya format mein documents upload karna hota hai. Niche di gayi technical details ka sakhti se paalan karein:

  • Scanned Photograph (Agar manual option ho): Photo 10 din se zyada purani nahi honi chahiye. Photo ke niche candidate ka naam aur photo khichwane ki tareekh (Date of Photo) clearly print honi chahiye.
    • Format: JPG/JPEG
    • Size: 20 KB se lekar 300 KB ke beech.
    • Resolution: Minimum 350x350 pixels aur Maximum 1000x1000 pixels.

  • Scanned Signature: * Format: JPG/JPEG
    • Size: 20 KB se 300 KB ke beech.
  • Photo ID Proof Document: (Aadhar Card sabse best rehta hai kyunki isse Aadhaar-based authentication easy ho jata hai).
    • Format: Sirf aur sirf PDF format
    • Size: 20 KB se 300 KB.
  • EWS & OBC (NCL) Certificates: Agar aap OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) ya EWS se hain, toh aapka certificate 1 April 2025 ke baad aur 27 February 2026 se pehle ka issue kiya hua hona chahiye.

7. UPSC Correction Window 2026: Agar Galti Ho Jaye Toh Kya

  • 27 February (Shaam 6 baje) form filling band hone ke baad, UPSC ek 3-din ki correction window open karega.
  • Is correction window ke dauran aap apne form mein hui galtiyon ko sudhaar (edit) kar sakte hain.
  • Kya Change Nahi Hoga? Aap apne OTR profile ki basic details (jaise Date of Birth) ko is form correction window se change nahi kar sakte. OTR modify karne ka ek alag option hota hai jo life mein sirf ek baar milta hai.
  • Agar aapse center, optional subject, ya medium mein galti hui hai, toh aap is 3-day window mein turant login karke use theek kar lein.

 Karein?

Insaan hain, toh galti ho sakti hai. UPSC ne candidates ki is problem ko samjha hai aur isliye ek Correction Window ka option diya hai.

8. Common Mistakes: Jo Aspirants Har Saal Karte Hain (Inse Bachein)

Hazaron form har saal sirf in choti galtiyon ki wajah se reject hote hain:

1.    Last Minute ka Intezaar: Jo log sochte hain ki "abhi toh 27 Feb tak ka time hai, aaram se bharunga", unhe baad mein server issue face karna padta hai aur unka manpasand centre full ho jata hai.

2.    Purani Photo Upload Karna: Agar photo mein aapka face aaj ke face se alag lag raha hai (jaise pehle dadhi thi ab clean shave hai), toh exam center par AI Face Authentication aapko fail kar dega aur aapko exam hall mein ghusne nahi diya jayega.

3.    Galat ID Card Number: Form mein Aadhar number daalna aur exam center par PAN card le jana ek bohot badi mistake hai. Jo ID PDF mein upload ki hai, exactly wahi original ID aapko exam ke din le jani hogi.

4.    Galat EWS/OBC Financial Year: OBC NCL aur EWS certificates ka financial year aur issuing date Notification ke rules ke hisaab se hi hona chahiye. Agar certificate purana hai, toh aapko General category mein daal diya jayega.

9. Content Creators Ke Liye SEO Optimization Tips (Bonus Section)

Kyunki online competition bohot zyada hai, apne blog post ko Google par pehle page par laane ke liye in SEO strategies ka istemaal karein:

  • Internal Linking: Aapne apne blog par jo pehle "SEO kaise karein" ya "Latest Government Jobs" ki jo 116 posts likhi hain, unke links is article ke beech mein (jaise eligibility section mein) zarur add karein. Isse Google ka bot aapki purani posts ko bhi crawl karega.
  • Schema Markup: Is article mein "JobPosting Schema" aur "FAQ Schema" zarur laga dein. Isse Google ke search result mein aapka article ek "Job Card" ke roop mein highlight hoga, jisse clicks double ho jayenge.
  • Social Sharing: Is post ko publish karne ke baad apne Facebook group aur community mein share karein ek catching line ke sath: "Kya aapka UPSC form bhi atak gaya tha? Nayi dates aur naye AI rules yahan check karein."

10. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1. Kya main apne graduation ke final year mein UPSC 2026 ka form bhar sakta hoon?

Q3. Kya form submit karne ke baad Main Exam ka centre aur Optional Subject change kiya ja sakta hai?

Ans: Aapka OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) aur EWS certificate 1 April 2025 ke baad aur online form submit karne ki aakhri tareekh (27 Feb 2026) se pehle ka bana hona chahiye. Puraane certificates valid nahi maane jayenge.
