1. Educational Qualification:

  • Development Assistant: Kisi bhi stream mein Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) honi chahiye minimum 50% marks ke sath. (SC/ST/PwBD ke liye sirf pass class zaruri hai).
  • Development Assistant (Hindi): Graduation mein Hindi aur English ek subject ke roop mein hona chahiye ya English/Hindi medium se Graduation ho. Translation ki knowledge honi chahiye.

2. Age Limit (As on 17.01.2026):

  • Minimum Age: 21 Years
  • Maximum Age: 35 Years
  • (Age relaxation SC/ST/OBC aur reserved categories ko sarkari niyam anusar milegi).

💰 Salary & Pay Scale

NABARD mein Development Assistant ko starting gross salary lagbhag ₹32,000 - ₹35,000 milti hai (City ke hisab se). Iske alawa HRA, DA, Medical aur Transport allowances bhi milte hain.
